LOCHINVAR® NAMES FIRST VIP PROGRAM WINNERS OF THE YEAR

Lochinvar has selected the first VIP winners of the 2012-2013 heating season.  Jamie Whitehead of Cooper Plumbing & Heating in Calgary, AB, was named the October winner of the VIP Installation Showcase, and Francois Pineau of Plomberie Chauffage Normand Inc. in Montreal, QC, was selected in the monthly VIP drawing.  Both winners will be awarded Lochinvar’s famous Nashville Experience, the ultimate reward for VIP Contractors.

An Impressive Installation

            During the first month of the VIP Installation Showcase, which is now easily accessible on Lochinvar’s Facebook page as well as on www.knightheatingboiler.com, Whitehead submitted an entry detailing the installation of two KNIGHT® Wall Mount Heating Boilers.  A 399,000 Btu/hr KNIGHT (WHN399) is used to provide an efficient heat source for the home’s outdoor pool, while a 155,000 Btu/hr model (WHN155) keeps the pool deck clear of snow and ice.  Since the heating and pool equipment is installed in the garage, and the homeowner wanted to maximize usable space for parking, the KNIGHT Wall Mount offered the ideal solution because it freed up floor space for the pool system – reducing the system’s overall footprint.

            “I’m honored to be named the October winner of the VIP Installation Showcase,” said Whitehead. “There were a lot of really impressive entries, so I’m very proud that mine was chosen and I’m excited for a trip to Nashville this summer!”

            Through April, VIPs can upload a photo and brief description of an installation of any qualified boiler for a chance to be named the monthly winner of the VIP Installation Showcase. Once an entry has been submitted, it is featured in a gallery where Facebook users can vote for their favorite installation.  The top three entries with the most votes each month are selected as finalists, and a panel of Lochinvar judges chooses the monthly winner.  New entries can be submitted each month for additional chances to win.

Rewards for Registrations

            Along with Whitehead, Pineau will be among the VIP Contractors attending the 2013 Nashville Experience, an all-expenses-paid trip for two that includes tickets to the world’s largest country music festival in June 2013.

            Pineau’s award was the result of simply registering qualified Lochinvar products.  With every registration of a high-efficiency KNIGHT, Solution™ or KNIGHT XL® Boiler, contractors receive an entry into a drawing for the Nashville Experience, as well as a $25 Visa® reward card.  In addition, a $10 reward card is sent for every registered Squire Indirect Water Heater.  When the drawing was held for October, Pineau’s registration card was randomly selected as the winner.

            “I can’t wait to be part of the Nashville Experience in June,” said Pineau.  “I was already thrilled about getting the rewards card for each registration, and I couldn’t believe it when I found out I won this month’s drawing for the trip!”
