Bright-sided: How the Relentless Promotion of Positive Thinking Has Undermined America
Barbara Ehrenreich goes her own way (as always) in this provocative book that questions the way so many of us look at the bright side of things and try our best to "think positive." I like to think that way, but after reading this one, I'm not so sure anymore. As with her earlier books (Nickled and Dimed for instance) she's done her research and she does a fine job of making her point, and making me think. I'll bet it makes you think too.
