Sizing for a circulator pump
How do I know what size of pump I need for a heating loop? I have two different size loops. I've found all kinds of info on head and flow rate for different pumps, but how does that translate in to the linear foot of pipe I can use? -
circ sizing
The more pipe and fittings you have the higher the head. You need to calculate the head loss in the loop, figure the GPMs needed and use the pump curve to size the pump. To Learn More About This Professional, Click Here to Visit Their Ad in "Find A Professional" -
