Heaven has a new plumber
God must have needed a new plumber in heaven as He called my dad home early this morning. He was 94 years old and just plain ran out of gas. He was my dad, my friend, my mentor and my support all rolled into one. We are a large family with a lot of history in the industry, Dad being the third generation and my brother and I the fourth generation in the business. We've had 30 plumbers in the four generations of the family and it has been a wonderful business for us. As I work to put away the tools and concentrate on my consulting business, dad would always ask: "Are you busy, and are you getting paid?".....well he is getting his reward now. I appreciate the support of this group and ask for prayers for my mom who is still with us at 93 and doing well, but will need a lot of support. God bless you all. -
He was a great guy, Al.
So are you. Sorry for your loss. Give Mom a hug from me. -

Our condolences Al...
My dad works up there too... MEIt's not so much a case of "You got what you paid for", as it is a matter of "You DIDN'T get what you DIDN'T pay for, and you're NOT going to get what you thought you were in the way of comfort". Borrowed from Heatboy. -
