C`mon people,
don`t you think we all could get serious?, I`m sure we`re all curious about each-other without resorting to strangelings of ourselves.

Good genes in this family, but I have a feeling I've drank some of that advantage away! LOL! Have fun in the snow for the next day or two Prof. Sorry your Avalanche didn't make it to the playoffs this year, though that may be good for my Canucks, as they have loooooked real good in their first two games against St. Lou! Hi Greg, good pic's, that's not Reading is it?
-
yes bob it is
Yep, Reading PA I am only bout an hour away. this was my first NHRA event and WOW! I took my oldest son at to the finals he was about 12 and once he found out if you ask crew guys and drivers for parts you just might get them he was on a misson. The coolest thing he got was a pilot chute from Ashley Force I guess you know what his answer was when she ask " would you like me to autograph that for you?" She is so cute. -
That's cool. The first time at a race is a real WOW. Something about the noise from 8000 horsepower, that you FEEL in your chest. I especially like the drivers that take time for the younger kids, your son did good to see Ashley, their area is always mobbed. We've been going to Reading for 5 or 6 years now, drive from northern NY about 8 hours and spend the weekend, staying in New Holland. Hope it dosn't rain!

a great experience. We started with Roser for six weeks one summer and then took in a Swedish boy, Anders, for a school year and then a Norwegian boy, Pal (Paul) for another. Alan,
Is this picture taken on Kauai? Trail head in from Ke'e Beach to the waterfalls on the Na'Pali Coast? If it is, I think me and my wife have a picture of us taken almost at this exact spot! Too funny! did you make it all the way in to the waterfalls? Hope so cause they were great to swin in the pools. rocky -
That's it, alright!
Good eye, Rocky. It was only 6 miles to the waterfalls, but if you remember, it was tough. We did it last January after a storm; the streams were high and we met one family that had to spend the night at the falls when it started to rain; the river started coming up and was too strong to cross. Swimming at the falls? It was all I could do just standing next to the pool, getting soaked from the cold spray of the falls. More pictures here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/11835125@N04/sets/72157612938625957/ -
Alan,
where in France did you go? Linda and I have four friends from the area of Brittany staying with us for a few days before heading off to N.Y. They are not here now to get the name of the town. The Mom was an exchange student we took in for six weeks twenty five years ago and she is now here with her husband and two children. They are the same ages their mother was when she first visited. As for a picture-I'll pass and leave that to the real pros. Jack -
exchange student
we took in an exchange student from St.malo, brittany [who amazingly enough had a distant cousin who lives 100 mi away]. what a great experience! we ended up renting a house in that town for a few weeks every summer for 12 years, and still keep in touch. the exchange student experience should be encouraged [or mandatory]for everyone! on both sides of the coin. the best honey we found, at the open air market, was corsican-dark brown, followed by lavender--yum-yum..--nbc -
