    Closely spaced tees

    Quick question on using closely spaced tees.  Does it matter which ways the tees face each other?  Can you have the water enter the run and out the branch  in the first tee and the enter the branch and out the run of the second tee? In most of the diagrams I see, the water flows through the runs of both tees and the branches pick up the secondary circuit

    YUP IT MATTERS

    A hydraulic separator  does it better .  closely spaced tees also need straight pipe in and out something like ten times the pipe diameter. Gerry Alder
