    Piping & Wiring Nightmare

These boilers were located in the basement of a 10,000 square foot house.  We offered pricing on cleaning up the piping and replacing the boilers.  Alll were declined.

    Sounds familiar...

There is NOTHING wrong with our heating system. It puts out heat.... Most of the time....

    Sad but true.

It's not so much a case of "You got what you paid for", as it is a matter of "You DIDN'T get what you DIDN'T pay for, and you're NOT going to get what you thought you were in the way of comfort". Borrowed from Heatboy.

    Budgetary constraints

All the money got allocated for the golden chandeliers, custom bookcases in the new library, new 500SL (his and hers of course) and the new kitchen with European design. Sorry, you got edged out.

Making it right is what gets it done

Long as these guys keep working I keep busy. Not everyone believes in living with bad work. Many people actually value and understand good workmanship. But you keep that positive attitude. Its got me this far.
Cost is what you spend , value is what you get.

Matt I like your profile pic. What do you hit your black pipe with? Glossy black spray paint? Or is that some other kind of coating?

    Tiger Loop

First a tiger loop is a fuel deairratior.  It is used when the vacuum on a system is to high for a single pipe system and you can't run a two pipe system.
I am assuming you are calling me Matt.  In that case thank you for the complement.  I use a 1/2" split self sticking pipe insulation.  It is low cost and makes the job look really nice.  you put it on and peal back the paper covering the sticky stuff and then tape the ends off with a little black electrical tape.  It looks good and reduces the heat loss through the pipes.
