Suggestion
Is there any way for your website people to make this type of purchase/donation a more smooth transaction? For example,
1 You pay the money
2 You get a receipt and shortcut and/or password to download instantly.
3 Or by paying you are instantly e-mailed the file with your receipt.
I am dissapointed that I bought it and can't have it till Monday. I can understand waiting for a hard copy to get shipped but this is just an electronic copy.

Yes, there's a way.
I looked into it and it cost several thousand dollars to set that up. Considering that we donate 100% of the money raised from Gerry and Steve's booklet to New York Cares, I found it hard to justify the expense involved in saving a bit of time on delivery. Sorry if you're disappointed.

what you are saying. I did not realize my suggestion would cost thousands. I thought it would be as easy as putting the file in a password enabled folder, and sell the password for 10 bucks. Most of my really good ideas are expensive or illegal. :)
