The Heating Industry, Then and Now, with Oil Tech Talk
Our friend, Alan Mercurio, is having an interesting event in Ohio and I
thought you'd want to know about it. Here's Alan!

    On the first day at

this workshop I’ll talk about what it was like when I first entered the

industry in 1989 what was available, and how we did things back then and

how to troubleshoot components of the past, after all we still do run

into to a lot of this old stuff. We will take a stroll through the years

leading up to 2010 from my perspective and experiences (You’re welcome

to share yours). Technicians will learn what they should know and the

effects, when mixing new technology with old components.

Then we will enjoy a tour of Beckett’s facility.

On the second day you’ll receive training on the Beckett

AquaSmart, GeniSys control and Solar Hot.

    There are only 20

seats available so get yours now; I have a feeling this is going to fill

    up fast!

For those of you needing a

hotel I’ve secured a block of rooms (20) at the Holiday Inn located in

Westlake, Ohio. The cost per night will be $79.00 + tax and you have

until 07/05/2010 to confirm your registration. When you call be sure to
mention that you’re a part of

the R.W. Beckett Group with Oil Tech Talk.

    What’s

the cost for these two days of an awesome educational experience? Less

than $100.00 a day! That’s right this two day workshop and walk down

memory lane is only going to cost you $185.00 and that includes coffee,

tea and pastries both mornings, and lunch both days.

    The date

    of this event will be:

    Tuesday July 20, 2010 & Wednesday
