Not quite a blooper
A relative of mine who shall remain unnamed( no it was not my father) was working on a tract development and had to go back for a leak on the first and second house after finish as there was a hole in the base of the stack in the same spot on both homes. No one was taking credit for the holes either. So on the current house he was roughing in he decided not to drain the stack after the rough in test. The next day judging by the cursing and screaming from next door he found out who was clipping the pipe.
The electrician was over shooting his bits as he was drilling and kept hitting the pipe. This time he got a bath for his troubles and a tingling sensation as his drill shorted out.
No one was hurt during this tale but also no more mystery leaks after the houses were finished either.Cost is what you spend , value is what you get. -

My Father never met an electrician
he did or does not call Sparky. I find my self doing the same thing. I am not sure they all take it well though.Cost is what you spend , value is what you get.
