    Cant get hot water to stay hot

    I have oil heat and a broiler .. i cant seam to get the hot water to stay hot for longer then 3 minutes in all the faucets. cold showers are not fun and i am getting fustrated because i dont know how to fix the problem. please help

    tankless?

    Is this a new problem with a system that previously worked correctly?  Does the boiler use a tankless coil to heat the water?

    Need.....

    pictures, if possible? Is there a tank near your boiler that looks like a water heater? Or do you have 2 copper pipes that connect to the boiler behind a gray box with wires going to it?
