    is there any videos, web sites or anything informitive on how to cut in and install ac central return grills and supplys on a exsisting house. how to sort of thing. thanks.

    for this type of information are SMACNA and ASHRAE, though you're looking for pretty generic, basic info.
    No offense, but generally when asked such basic questions, I usually ecnourage the individual to seek the services of a competent professional. HVAC is not a DIY project. You get what you pay (usually). Pay for the best.

    is one thing. Who is telling you the duct sizes? Return trunk,supply trunk,each takeoff,length of each supply,register types!
