    More Info is Needed

Your question is like asking "How long is a piece of rope?"

We'll need to know the gpm on both sides of the heat ex., the btu's required and available, and the size of the heat exchanger. Any time that any one of these changes, the others will have a corresponding change.

If you don't know the btu requirement for the pool, then give the surface area and volume, please.

    exchanger temp.

I'm installing a system that will have a pool added on in the future. I always pipe my systems on my primary loop from the highest temp. to the lowest temp. Also I will be incorporating solar for space heating. First on my primary loop is my solar tees then DHW then my low temp radiant. I was wondering where I should put the tees for the pool heat exchange for the future. I hope this helps.

    Give It the Hottest

I'd put it right after the domestic and put the domestic on priority, depending on your solar tank set up.

The gpm on the pool side is usually so high that most of it has to be bypassed around the heat ex. anyway and even then there is very little delta T on the pool side.

    Pool Heat Exchanger

Generally, pool heat exchangers are sized for 180 on the primary side.
