Heating Help

I need advice regarding a booster pump on my boiler.

So I have a weil Mclain CGT-5-Pin Hydronic boiler , coming off the supply we installed a B&G LR2OBF "little red booster pump" .  The electrician who wired it in was more of a shoemaker than a boiler technician , so apparently the pump is running continuously without  stopping between each cycle. Does anybody have any idea how this problem can be rectified , or why its doing this ? I'm aware that another electrician should take a look at the job , but Id rather your opinions first , maybe its a problem I can trouble shoot myself , since I have been working lately on controls a lot more. Any answer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Circulator

I'm not sure which aquastat your boiler has, but if it is a Honeywell L8148, you should connect the circulator to the "C1 and C2" terminals. This would be for a single zone system. If you have multiple zones, you'll need a pump relay panel that is sized to match the number of zones you have.
