this furnace seems to work pretty fine, but the flames is a little yellow at top and sometimes it burns down in the "air mix tube"? there are screws about an inch or so from the orifice, how far down should they be?
Thanks for your help and this great form,

You are
experiencing "Flashback" which requires a professional to come and make adjustments and do a combustion analysis along with perhaps some cleaning to resolve this problem. It is damaging the burner by burning back at the orifices so it may also mean new burners depending on how much damage has been done.
Do you have a CO detector? If not get one and do not use the equipment until it has been looked at by a professional. The "Flashback" is causing Carbon Monoxide which is deadly so please shut the equipment off and call a pro. -
Wow
We had a Mueller Climatrol furnace in the house I grew up in. House was solid in 2006 with the same 1958 furnace it had since it was built with.
I noticed yours looks like the same color, but the burner setup is totally different.
Never heard another forced hot air furnace that was so quiet.
