    Carlin G3B Short Cycles

    I just installed a Carlin G3B Gas Burner in my Peerless EC-04 Steam Boiler. It seems to short cycle as of late. I installed this 1 month ago. Any Advice?

    What is the thermostat

    set on for cycles per hour?

    What is the setting on your pressuretrol?

    Also

    what firing rate (input) did you set it for?

    What firing rate did the oil burner use?

    Was the burner tuned with a digital combustion analyzer?
