    erc utica bought brand new just had installed know not working? the in staller not returning phone calls.and i have no $$ to call another plumber anyway i have to reset it everytime the thermostat will not turn it on?? any ideas

    Are you getting any diagnostic code? What is the exact Model of ECR?

    Error codes?

    You can try shutting off power to the system for a min or 2 then reapplying power.  This will reset and the boiler will try again to fire off.  Let us know what happens as we often never find out what the out come is when questions are asked.  Service calls should ALWAYS be returned to customers within the hour, at least.  It's our Job and basically common courtesy.  It might be something coincidental, try not to worry too much.
