    Honeywell XL50 MMI

    I am doing some troubleshooting on a building with a Honeywell XL50 MMI controller
    I have been unable to access the settings in this system. Is there an inexpensive way to communicate with this system using a laptop? Or do I have to get a honeywell tech on the job.

    What control is

    it integrated with? The MMI version allows buswide access to other controllers. It can be used with Honeywell Excel 5000 System or it can be used in an open LonWorks network. Is there a maintenance engineer available

    Looking for more info

    The controller was installed in the year 2000. It is connected to an old school modem. There have been staff changes in the maintenance department and no one knows anything about the system. What am I looking for to interface? I am very comfortable with boiler/HVAC settings but have no experience with this system.

    Find out

    who installed the system and get connected with them. I am sure they would be able to identify what you are looking for.
