Burner output at various gas pressures....
I am looking for a simple chart that shows burner output related to manifold pressure from about 0.7 inch WC up to 3.5 inches WC., in 0.1 inch increments. The Steam Whisperer (Formerly Boilerpro)

Working on a modulating furnace?
I have a chart for pressures 3.0 to 4.0, but no lower than that. I also have a tech book for York modulating furnaces that shows BTUH output per every step of modulation. Could that help? -
For what orifice size
are you looking for?
I use a Bryant Gas Orifice Calculator it goes from .5" W.C. up to 15" W.C.it has a catalog number of MP-5706B, it also includes a pipe size calculator on the other side. This post was edited by an admin on January 24, 2012 7:29 PM. -
That sounds like it will work
I am trying to find out what manifold pressure to dial in on all the oversized boilers I come upon, which allow downfiring. Most of the time I just disconnect the high fire circuit and the boiler is at least on the same planet as the system size for steam. I'll see if I can get that chart.
Thanks Again! The Steam Whisperer (Formerly Boilerpro)

I to have the slide calculator and it's a great tool. Used it many times.
