    MasterMaid Tankless adjustment

    We are staying in Ecuador and have a 28L MasterMaid propane tankless hot water  heater.  It  will not stay on except for a couple of minutes, then goes cold.  It will not come back on until the water is turned off and then back on after several minutes.  It is run by a portable propane tank. Please help me figure out how to adjust it.  I speak no Spanish and everyone just smiles and says Si. On the outside are three knobs one says Winter-Summer, gas control knob says Min-Max and one say water flow Max-Min. Help my Mom is freezing in the shower!

    I snooped....

    ... all over the internet trying to find your heater, but no luck.  The only interesting thing I found was the President of Ecuador trying to ban gas water heaters!  Could you post photos of it, both the outside and inside?  That will make it easier to respond.
