    Viessmann Dekamatik hk1

    I have a Dekamatik hk1 controller that controls a 4 way valve for my radiant heat in a concrete slab in my kitchen. The power light is lit but the readout panel is blank. The system is not working. Pump is not running. Any help would be appreciated.

    Age?

    How old is the unit? The screens will go blank when aged and there's no fix. Replace the Comfortrol programming unit. If your unit is under 2 years old, it's still warranted.
