    Certified BAXI Service Technician

    Had a contractor, which I will not mention name as very dissatisfied/non-existent support after installation, put in a BAXI HT 380 unit in our home in September 2011.
    Looking for recommendations on a certified BAXI technician in Western New York.

    Please help as issues with DHW and water accumulation on tray below Heat Exchanger causing heater to throw codes and not work.
