    Fosta pex for steam return?

    Will fostapex survive use as condensate return piping in a steam system?

    I would

    call the rep and ask, I only use black pipe on steam systems and I only use pex in the ceiling and walls, for DHW and FHW systems.

    Definitely not

    It's only rated for 180*. Copper is okay below the water line on returns, but no kind of pex.
