fan coil units

How would i figure btu or edr of fan coil units on a steamsystem. There are six coils with fans on one zone of this system. The other zone is 2" baseboard elements. This boiler is about 27 years old and has a small leak at a push joint when it first starts up in the am. It will have to be replaced in the spring.
