Emergency Boiler Replacement!! What to do: false water line, loop, pump, traps

Ok here is my issue.  I am concerned about the right side of the basic layout diagram.  Low ceiling heights, unusual wet return that dumps into dry return.  What should I do for the right side and will it also effect the left side?  thanks Jeff

Can the dry returns be converted into wet returns?

I'm thinking along the same line as JStar.

I'm thinking that at some point in the past those high now dry right side returns were once wet returns with a coal boiler..thats what is going thru my pee brain anyways.
