Sizing steam boiler with indirect water heater

Hi, I know my new steam boiler needs to be sized to the EDR of the radiators, plus piping pickup, but does it need to be increased for an indirect water heater?

    There's a chart on page 8 here, http://www.htproducts.com/literature/lp-83.pdf
but it's unclear to me. I'm not even sure what the units in the chart are or what they're applied to. And there's a note ": IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO REDUCE BOILER INPUT WHEN USING DOUBLE WALL TANKS." Meaning the boiler size DOESN'T need to be reduced for those??

    usually it does not

need up sized for domestic. As long as it is sized for the EDR and there is not a crazy amunt of hot water needed.
Cost is what you spend , value is what you get.
