Heat Transfer Products, Inc. and the Munchkin Man are looking to add an individual to the Customer service / Technical support team. Qualifications: Must have a good working knowledge, and a strong background in HVAC systems, Hydronic heating, plumbing, and controls systems. Applicant must have skills in computers using all windows based programs. Applicant must possess excellent comunication skills be it via phone or in person and the ability to visit job sites to evaluate, troubleshoot, suggest correction, and or perform service to our products. Must be willing to do periodic travel with possible overnight stay. Lucky candidate will be working for the maker of Munchkin heaters and Superstor Ultra indirects.
