    Just saw

the new Will Smith movie, Hitch. I've gotta say, "The best date movie ever!" After the movie walking out to the car my wife pulled me between cars and laid a hug and a smackeroo on me that got my anemometer spinning. I can assure you it wasn't anything I did, it had to be the movie. Another substantial movie is "Million Dollar Baby." Clint Eastwood has become a master movie maker. What else have you all seen. Is there anything out there with cool looking radiators in it? :) WW To Learn More About This Professional, Click Here to Visit Their Ad in "Find A Professional"

I think she realized how much you do, how comfortable you keep the house. and it all just hit her at that moment. then again, could have been the movie ;-) chuck

Don't waste yoour time and money on...

Sideways. It had two funny scenes in it and they were both in the trailer. Got Ray on CD. Will be watching it tonight. MD Baby is a GOOD one. Caprio's rendition of Howard Hughes was ok, but the whole thing was WAY too long. Wife fell asleep during the slow parts... ME

Mark , i'd like to thank you for the riello books....

and also to share an idea.... the last Action Pacted adventure i fell asleep in and started snoring :)))) that has got to be either one heck of a boring scene that knocked me out or i really did need the time off. Thanks again...now if i can only get the gas company guys outta bed early this year....my buddy Fred and i can go lash up the riello gas burner and check out the burn :)

    Wayco, Wayco, Wayco...

I'm betting you were speaking hydronese & that warmed things to a fevered pitch! Nice to hear the spark ignition is still working(G). Between the cars eh? To Learn More About This Professional, Click Here to Visit Their Ad in "Find A Professional"

    Just kissing Dave

This is a G rated thread. Thanks for the heads up on "Sideways", Mark. I had it next on my list. Mayby I'll go back to Hitch, again. :P I agree about Aviator. It was well done with good acting, but it left me feeling worn out. Too long. I have a feeling Martin Scorcese will win an Oscar for it though because he has never won one before, despite his legendary career as a director. It's 41 years old but I rented Dr Strangelove. It's hard to believe how current this movie is. If you're into black comedies this one will keep you awake. The part about flouride in the water is great, being as that is one of our local issues in Hood River. George C Scott is a crack up. Terry

    Thats nice Wayne, but....

How many radiators are shown in the movie? To me, thats what makes a good movie, the more radiator shots, the better the movie. More points for the more ornate radiators I also give credit for shots of classic pluming fixtures and good boiler room shots. Unfortunetly I have nevr kept a written log.... maybe I should My wife and kids just dont understand.... tom

    Hate to say this

But I counted 4 in her apartment they only showed one room. I was a little confused by the piping and couldn't say if they were two pipe steam or hot water. Glad I'm not the only one that notices things like this. Terry H.

    You guys are

hard core hydronics nuts. I noticed some radiators but didn't count them or figure out the piping. I rented an old movie last night. Ron Howards first movie, "Night Shift." It was also Micheal Keatons first appearance in the movies. It starred Henry Winkler and Shelley Long. A neat appearance in a bit part was a very young Kevin Costner as a fratenity boy in a frat party in the city morgue. No speaking part just him partying in the background helping push Micheal Keaton around on a gurney drinking beer with several other frat brothers. This was 1982. Way before his famous movie Field of Dreams and others. WW To Learn More About This Professional, Click Here to Visit Their Ad in "Find A Professional"

Did ya ever notice in films only bad things happen in boiler rooms? Also there are lots of scenes of guys fighting it out in boiler and machinary rooms, blowing holes in the equipment, having steam shoot out.It always pisses me off. Like to see a movie that has an old cigar smoking boilerman come out and kick the crap out of the guys messing up his work area!
Have you hugged your Boiler today?
