Yes, we've used it... our local Ferguson branch stocks both the water and gas fittings, and yes, it is a huge time saver. Just remember to use the yellow "Natural Gas" labels every 6 feet. seen it here in vt/nh with steel pipe on oil tank fill and vent. no one thinks it approved, but then no one checks squat up here for residential :(

Has anybody used the yellow propress fittings for gas piping. If so, is it as great as for water and where are you finding the fittings. Thanks for your help.

IN N.Y.C. we still use real pipe. anything over 2 " is welded. the utilities use plastic underground but that is another story,cuz.
