Wayne is correct...however in your case you have 2 apts plus you and you use the steam boiler to make hot water...year 'round...I would suggetst 3-40 gallon electric water heaters....each tapped into its own apt.eletric service (presuming that every apt has its own service)I usually tell apt. owners to do this because tenants don't conserve what they don't pay for. This way you don't have to pay for someone elses 30 min shower...electric water heaters are very easy to install compared to gas. kpcI understand Wayne..

you venting? If its a boiler/furnace the vent directions are pretty specific. They usu. give you diagrams.that confirms....

what I tell customers about using LP for heat. Th amt. of BTU don't even out the $$$ for oil vs. LP. Hindsight is always 20/20. Thanks for the info. I might think about putting on a 115 buderus before doing the indirect alone. Maybe you can find another home for the trinity....kpcit may work....

a few tips on how to start up an old conversuion burner. This one has no pezio ignightor. I can't quite see how to light up the thermocoulpe from the motor side anfter pulling off the cover. Its in a very old weil-Mcl 57....It will be coming out soon , Very soon. kpcto answer...

your question. Yes. I am not sure that is what is happening w/ you system though. We need more info. Circ model, heatloss, radiator size/ amount. You may need a pro to look at the whole system....kpc
