I don't worry about stuff like this, you can't please everybody and you're not going to get every job anyway. Use the tools you need to do the job properly,be sincere and let the chips fall where they mayMax temp

Huh?
@ November 29, 2011 4:51 PM in Triangle Tube PE110 problems
They know there is an an issue and instead of notifying wholesalers and replacing these bad MCBA with new ones before sale, they sell the boilers as is to unsuspecting contractors who then sell them to unsuspecting homeowners and both have to be subjected to this? And of course this will happen over a 3 or 4 day holiday weekend when the manufacturers and wholesalers are enjoying time with their families while the afflicted contractors/homeowners wait until Monday for parts/support!Ironman

@ November 4, 2011 7:31 PM in Proper Riello F3 for use with outside combustion air
If you want sealed combustion, you need a BF. If you just want to use outside air,the standard knockout and collar is the cheapest. EK makes a nice adapter that doesn't need to be removed every time you take the burner cover offNo problem

Buderus ; Riello vs NX
@ October 25, 2011 4:57 PM in Buderus vs Burnham, stainless steel vs stone-lined
The NX performs better in the 115 than the Riello IMO. Not a huge difference but it is noticeably quieter as well, either way you can't go wrong.Good deal!

@ October 17, 2011 5:40 PM in Combustion air requirements
requirement for an unconfined space is 50 cu/ft per 1000 BTU input. Figure out your volume and find the input in BTU and you'll have your answer. In your case with an 8' you can support 60K BTU input,if it's more than that you need outside air.http://www.fieldcontrols.com/cas.php

@ October 15, 2011 5:28 PM in If you can't find Burnham try
I can't figure out the name change or the stealth in doing it. Just make an announcement and do it. And don't forget to point your old links to your new site!
