I have searched and read and maybe missed it but now that someone else has done a staple up job with pb and a heat exchanger is out of the question due to the 7 zone pumps, what is the most logical way to maintain a system such as this to keep it operating. The boiler was recently replaced to an ultra. Is there a treatment that will be safe with copper, aluminum, pb, pex, iron? I appreciate your feedback.munchkin help....

We had one a couple years back and finally the blower completely shattered. When we told the munchkin rep we were going to rip it out and put in a Buderus we were told it was using old software/settings. We got different blower, different control board and haven't had the harmonics since. We went thru everything also, gas pressure, CO, CO2 and the customer was sure he just got the melted down lego set. Check with Munchkin rep. Can you point me to a good source for more information about combustion analysis for atmospheric to mod-con applications? Seminars are few and far between and sorting thru what is on the web is giving me a migrane. After going thru this site I feel I have a good chance of getting a valid direction to go. Thanks again for your help.
