Joe, thanks for the info. There is a 3/4 in plug installed in boiler, I will pick up a vent and install in that hole, Thanks, give me a few daysboiler shuts down

I may have put some pipe dope on threads but i was very careful not to get it all over. Is it possible to remove the coupling behind the LWCO and add a tee with a boiler drain valve to remove any air.boiler shuts down

Hi all, I installed a utica boiler in my home, it seems to work OK sometimes, then the low water cut off switch will shut the boiler down. The switch is installed on supply side before the air purge about 18in above boiler. The system has 7 zones one for hot water, it has purge valves installed at the pumps on return side. It seems all the air is out of the system but why would the boiler keep shutting down. Thanks for the help
