R2107 with SR506

I just installed a g115 with R2107 and SR506DHW and three zones of heat
2107 is in auto mode and dhw on 24 hours
when a heat zone calls it does not energize the circs unless 2107 is put in manual mode
it is wired exactly according to specs
Any idea??
