What you will do: • Provide leadership and supervision for our accredited HVAC Program • Prepare students with the knowledge, skills and work habits required for entry-level positions in the industry • Oversee the daily management of instructors, class scheduling and curriculum delivery • Drive retention of students in the program through engaging delivery of content • Hire, train, schedule and supervise all instructors • Oversee faculty development through on-going professional development • Build and maintain the respect of faculty, staff and students Requirements: • Management experience and capabilities • 3 or more years of recent work related field experience • High School Diploma • Computer literate, versed in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint • Teaching demonstration proficiency required Preferred in addition to above: • Associate’s Degree or Higher in related field • Prior career-school experience and teaching experience E-mail resumes in Word format to: ccseszko@kaplan.edu
