ROCHESTER — The Planning Board unanimously accepted as complete and approved the new addition on LAARS Heating Systems' manufacturing building at 20 Industrial Way. The plans include a 12,800-square-foot addition to the existing building that will house a new training room, additional offices and a break room. There will also be 86 new parking spaces added to the existing lot, according to Rick Lundborn of Norway Plains Associates, the engineering firm that submitted the application. (more)
