Webstone Co., Inc. announces that the patent infringement dispute over Webstone’s Isolator EXP® tankless water heater valve kit with Matsui Company, Ltd. and Matsui USA, Inc. has been resolved by a license agreement between the parties. The terms of the license shall remain confidential. The legal action has been dismissed.
