Uponor was recently named one of Minneapolis Star Tribune’s Top Workplaces for 2012. The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program was based upon feedback from a survey given to all employees earlier in the year. This was Uponor’s first year of participation.

According to WorkplaceDynamics®, the Star Tribune’s partner in the Top Workplaces project, of the 331 companies that participated in the survey, only 160 met the benchmark for being a top employer. The Star Tribune article did state that Minnesota has more companies that meet its national benchmark than any of the other 30 markets the firm surveys, which includes prominent areas such as Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston and Atlanta.
