Taco announces organizational changesSubscribe to RSS feed

Ric Turmel has been promoted to Division Manager for Taco Electronic Solutions. He will direct and lead the activities of the Taco Electronic Solutions Division with responsibility for buying, planning, engineering, purchasing and production. He will formulate and administer company policies, programs and objectives affecting the schedule, quality and cost of manufactured products, and develop long range goals. Ric will also direct and lead production according to quality specifications, sales volume and financial objectives. Danato Borelli, Konni Mergner and Roger Michaud will report directly to Ric. Ric will now report to Chris lnteglia, Executive Vice President Residential Divisions.

Danato Borelli has been promoted to Engineering Manager for Taco Electronic Solutions. He will be responsible for the management of the Taco Electronic Solutions Electrical Engineering and Technical Services Field Application Engineering teams in the design, development, evaluation, testing and implementation of new and improved products. Tom Polansky, Victor Pelletier and John Saracco will report directly to Danato.

Steve Thompson has assumed the role of Director of Product Management for Residential
Products. He will direct and lead the activities of the Residential Product Management team in deploying product management and development activities to provide optimum sales and profit results and in determining short and long term strategies and tactics for the development of products. Steve will continue to coordinate commercial and residential high efficiency strategies and monitor Dept. of Energy activities. Doug Bird, Rick Brindamour, Carl Perrone and David Sweet will now report directly to Steve. Steve will continue to report to Todd Facey, Sr. Vice President Residential Sales and Marketing.

Mark Chaffee has assumed the role of Director of Brand Marketing. He will work closely with
the Executive Team and Sales organization to creatively strengthen Taco's brand identity across all divisions and business units. He will incorporate brand development, advertising and marketing tactics and strategies with company initiatives, product launch and development plans that grow share and customer loyalty. John Barba will continue to report to Mark as will Rae Aldrich and Katrin Treletzki. Mark will continue to report to Todd Facey, Sr. Vice President Residential Sales and Marketing.
