CIPH launches career information website, CareerTap.ca Subscribe to RSS feed

A resource for students, job-seekers and employers, the Canadian Institute of Plumbing & Heating (CIPH) has recently launched CareerTap.ca, an information website that sheds a new light on available careers in the industry. Canada's plumbing and hydronic (hot water) heating industry, as represented by CIPH includes over 260 potential employers and more than 20,000 employees across Canada.

 

CareerTap.ca highlights the wide range of career paths, co-op education opportunities and potential employers within Canada's plumbing and hydronic heating industry. Visitors to the website will also find information on the CIPH Scholarship Program, which awards $25,000 in scholarships to community college students annually.


With increased emphasis on water resources and energy efficiency, more products are being developed to manage what we put down the drain and how we control the air we breathe to make our homes and buildings safer, healthier, cleaner and more efficient. All this makes Canada's plumbing and hydronic heating industry an exciting place to work.  Whether a new graduate's interest is in sales, marketing, IT, finance, engineering, design, or product development - just to list a few career paths - CareerTap.ca is there to introduce them to an exciting $6+ billion industry.
