I had our supplier make the Dead Men Heating Cap from brushed-cotton twill. This butter-soft material feels great in all kinds of weather, and it gets even better looking with age. I asked them to make us a great-looking cap with a visor that bends easily and holds its shape without cracking.

I also told them I didn't want the Dead Men logo to ever wear off, so they embroidered it to the jet-black cap with thousands of tight, individual stitches of red, white, blue and black cotton thread. I think you'll love the detail.
