Their reviews made me feel great, but I felt even better when I started getting letters from people who used what was in the book to improve their businesses. Here's an example. This is part of a letter from a contractor in New Jersey:

Very insightful!! Think you have tried everything? How about a non-redeemable coupon? This book is full of reasons why you might be missing out on that next job, all are simple to understand and will help you to market your business properly. I have only had the book for a short time but have read it twice and already have changed a few things I feel I was doing wrong.
