My name is Michael Pann. Our family business started in 1950, making it approximately 75 years young. We specialize in plumbing, heating, HVAC, carpentry, and home remodeling. I was 14 when I began working in the family business in the Boston area. I took Dan Holohan's classes when he started teaching many years ago. I have read every book Dan has on his shelf. Every year, we teach our technicians about steam heating and all types of hydronic heating with the use of Dan's articles. Now is the time to order more books. I'm a young 75 and have no intention of retiring.
