Contractors can now continuously monitor their tankless water heater installations with the upgraded mobile Noritz PROCard app. Features include a live map displaying each installation’s location and error code alerts, prompting the installer to schedule a visit with the affected homeowner.
“The upgraded Noritz PROCard app creates a seamless support network between the contractor and homeowner,” explains Andrew Tran, marketing manager at Noritz. “Contractors can be on top of all of their installations, and homeowners need not worry about ‘what happens next’ if they have water heater problems.”
