REHAU today announced the appointment of Michael Nicholson to director of floor heating, North America. He will be reporting from the Minneapolis office directly to Mark Hudoba, vice president of the building solutions division.
Nicholson, who brings to REHAU 30 years of experience in business development and marketing, will lead the heating and cooling business unit, ensuring the business strategy aligns with customer needs to drive the execution of growth plans.

His positive energy and collaborative spirit are captivating. I am truly looking forward to what we will accomplish with his input and increased focus on the important floor heating business segment.”

Prior to REHAU, Nicholson was responsible for leading a major manufacturer’s sales growth, margin enhancement, strategic development and execution road map for their PP-RCT business. He also led the innovation and business development team efforts in North America with a focus on solving customer needs, uncovering revenue opportunities and delivering diversification.
Nicholson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
